The Process
Spiritually Tuned didn’t start as an idea or a brand.
It became evident after things in my life kept falling apart.
As time went on, my fallouts became more frequent and more costly. Each one exposed something I could no longer ignore. I wasn’t lacking faith, and I wasn’t trying to walk away from God. I was avoiding the deeper work of introspection and self-awareness while using Christian activity to stay busy and functional.
Eventually, I had to stop managing the symptoms and face the source.
That meant confronting the stories I believed about myself, the ways I measured my worth, and the subtle belief that being useful to God mattered more than being formed by Him. Healing required honesty. Realignment required surrender.
And in that process, God didn’t meet me with condemnation. He met me with mercy. He returned my life to His Word, restoring my understanding of identity, love, and grace. Not through pressure, but through truth. Not through shame, but through kindness.
Spiritually Tuned exists for people who love God deeply but sense something is off. It’s a space for reflection, self-awareness, and ongoing formation, not to fix yourself or perform better, but to listen, heal, and realign your life to God’s steady rhythm.
I’m not writing from a place of arrival.
I’m writing from within the process.
Because tuning isn’t a one-time moment, it’s a continual return to truth, honesty, and alignment with God’s heart.
